It’s a job if you can handle mental abuse.

Toxic environment, mean girl energy, invasive bosses, no bonus or overtime but expected to put job over kids and family 24/7. Make employees sign agreements to not talk to employees after two years of relationships and scare them with no contact and no competition agreements. Not family oriented and mentally abusive.
