Vantaggi

Lots of autonomy to do the job as you feel it should be done. Reasonable benefits. Compensation was okay. Due to the size of the organization there is job stability.

Svantaggi

This company is focused too heavily on the operational side of the equation. There is no real sales culture. Margin expectations on materials are typically higher than the market produces, making value selling a high priority. However, the value propositions that are expressed are not always provided due to limited staffing or other internal challenges,

Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

Svantaggi

Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
