No cons to working in this position

Working from home has been a tremendous blessing for me and my family. This is a Full-time position with over time opportunities, full benefits and paid vacation which is rare these days. Smaller company with the feel of a family, although this is a virtual position agents have loads of interaction with each other via Chat on a daily basis. Leads and Supervisors are absolutely off the charts amazing, juggling so many agents and duties and ensuring the operations runs smoothly at all times. *Most negative reviews I see here are from years ago when this was really a different company altogether, it is all virtual now and headquartered in Las Vegas with a brand new Human Resources "People & Culture" Team that is readily available at all times to assist. Old manager Tom Flannagan and old Supervisors with multiple employee complaints against them are long gone. President Tom Fisher goes out of his way to support employees in times of need and Managers Kimberly Solbakk and Anthony Renzulli are extremely hands on in all aspects of the operation. The training program has been greatly improved and is being refined with each new training class.

Work load is heavy, pay is low and raises and promotions are not regularly available so employee morale suffers at times. Now that the Open Table project is in full swing and balance has been achieved, I hope to see a huge improvement in this area moving forward.
