Free office lunches on Tuesdays. The company itself really does have a positive vibe.

Very hierarchical. I felt lost in a constant shuffle here: I got almost no real performance feedback, positive or negative. My immediate layer of "leadership" seemed perpetually stressed and overworked. I never felt integrated at all. All leadership opportunities seemed to go to external candidates. When I finally decided to put in one month's notice, not a single person asked my why I was doing it. I never even had an exit interview.
