Vantaggi

Everything: Quality of work life; talented and inclusive teams; great work environment; extensive training opportunities; generous perks; better than average benefits; fulfilling work. This company goes above and beyond - they're great now, and still, they work daily at becoming even greater, foremost with a mind toward making ServiceNow an excellent place to work, and its products work for its customers.

Svantaggi

There are none that I recognize. This is a company with a culture developed for, and centered around, its employees, from what I see. They give a lot; and still, they continue to seek to give more. It's amazing how generous this company strives to be in all areas. They listen, listen, listen to customers and employees, and hugely importantly, they respond with significant action. Employees certainly feel empowered here - though a huge company, it feels like a startup, with the ability to take ownership of developing great products. I couldn't have asked for a better company to land at.

Vantaggi

ServiceNow had a differentiated platform and products. Early on the culture had a startup energy that was rare for a company this size collaborative teams, ownership, and a sense that people actually cared about outcomes. Working with large enterprise customers on complex workflows was interesting work.

Svantaggi

The ServiceNow I joined was a different company. As headcount increased, so did the bureaucracy, layers, and friction that rewarded politics over execution. The layoffs of the last few years were handled poorly little transparency, inconsistent communication, and decisions that felt made far above with little thought for the people affected. The "cost optimization" messaging rang hollow against continued executive spending. For a company that sells workflow and people process tools, the irony of a chaotic RIF wasn't lost on anyone in the field or on customers. Leadership political dynamics were real. The right team, the right manager you had cover. Performance alone didn't protect you.
