Promotion of diversity is genuinely broad and not only LGBT+ & gender. The product is v popular with customers and that feeds into a healthy connection to customers and their needs and plans. Customer retention is v high and this is something we are proud of. The company is growing and making money & you can feel that in the compensation/ benefits/swag as well as the office events. The Dublin office is a fun place to work and easy place to make friends. It's also a good location close to a train station.
