Employee-friendly company with a growth orientation. Growth of the company, which means accountability. But in a way that focuses on the machine, not the people, by which I mean, when a goal is missed or a problem occurs, the focus is on solving the problem and not on finding blame. The growth orientation also extends to employee growth. It's not always perfect, but the company consistently talks about how people can contribute and do good work and grow their skills and careers along the way.

As a partner of a publicly-traded software company it is a constant balance of art of science to prioritizing ServiceRocket's priorities and the software company's priorities. I've been working at SR about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The company culture is incredibly supportive, and my colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand.
