Constantly woking 3-5 hours of overtime a week on salary. They used to give us one Friday off a month to give us a break, but they "discontinued" it. Working an extra 20 hours a month was one thing with a long weekend tossed in, but now they're forcing you to work a ton for nothing. Tons of micromanagement - which is unfortunately required for most of the people who work there. If half these people actually did their job then the overtime wouldn't even be a thing. Also the job may not be an inbound call center, but you still are making outbound calls (a requirement regardless of the issue, which is generally related to the software itself rather than what the customer is doing wrong) all day. This place constantly over-promises and under-delivers.
