Impossible to plan work like this! And if the work would stand behind them, others were expected to stay just as long. Junior employees, mostly locals, were hired as a cheap and exchangeable force. Foreigners would get hired under very dodgy contracts & the management would pretend there is no problem with their visas, insurance etc. Generally, end of 2017 felt very hostile for employees from the management side. Strong reliance on one or two clients and the rest would get little to no support of attention - an agency cannot survive with such a small client portfolio!
