It is great you recognize improved organization is needed by our clients/business owners, because that is one of the goals of our solution – improving quality of life. With that in mind, it should not be viewed as a stressor so much as it is an opportunity to really make our solution and services worth the investment. If the client’s business was perfect, they wouldn’t need us! Bring this subject up at the next RM meeting to discuss best tactics for how to turn this problem into a long-term relationship opportunity.
