Lots of exposure to different aspects of banking. The bank is not very departmentalized when it comes to different branches of business.

Pay could be better, no remote work allowed

Customer service is top priority so speed to reply to customers and deal timelines are great. Quick responses. Local decision making. Good local people and management. Fair pay.

Formal work environment. No hybrid or remote work if you are a lender or lending assistant. Must be there 5 days per week. Need to improve benefits and cost sharing for medical. Also lack a profit sharing plan and stock options that most all other banks their size offer.
