2 years of bond period for freshers . Heavy work with low salary. Poor HR. Very unsupportive higher managers Poor infrastructure. not equal pay for equal work Hard to get recognized for your performance. Doing the same thing everytime . Not good for long term career. Less DA and TA are provided and not in time. Doesn't care much about clients. No bonus.

We can acquire two important things from this company, the first one is even we are not familiar with DB , expecially Sql server, it is the best place for begin your career. Second one, you can learn how to manage struss and time , because you have to work on sites with necessary cituations.
