Good non-game-dev company for Unity dev - Recensione dipendente - C#/Unity Developer presso Setapp

- Some of the nicest people I ever worked with. Friendly and always there when you need them ten most. - Benefits are great! Gym membership and private medical insurance worked like a breeze. - Mentoring program: an awesome way to learn or hone a new skill :)

- No clear growth path (at least in my role). I felt a bit stagnant after sometime. - Irregular appraisal period. - Lack of international atmosphere (I wish there were some more foreigners in Setapp).

In Setapp people care for each other. That's the point. Thanks to that everyone can have an influance on a results of a project. You will come there with pleasure and a bit of excitement, because you never know if there meet you some new challenge. What's more there are some nice benefits ;).

There is 50+ people, so if you want to work in a big company this is not a right place.
