Home of the double standard. Seem to want to move in any direction except, forward. If you ask for clarification on something, you get accused of challenging management. HR is offsite and will sometimes lie to you if they don't forget about you entirely. They promote it as 100% employee owned and operated but, you have no voice. It might be an okay job for someone that ignores safety issues and keeps their head down however, you will get assigned jobs that are not ready to build because someone missed or ignored something during inspection or quoting and they use metrics to show how productive/busy you are. So the end result is you get penalized for other people not doing their job if you find something that was missed or overlooked causing a delay because metrics! Even though your attention to detail saved the job from being a potential warranty return later if you just didn't say anything and assembled it as received. Makes sense right???
