Unclear leadership and business view - Recensione dipendente - Associate presso Setu

The leadership jumps and avoids the real questions. Strongly feel that even they do not know what business / market they are trying to be a part of, solely depended on Pine Labs to function as an organisation. They have been treating employees poorly - with lots of additional work and no increments to speak off.
