They really take the time to prepare you for what client team you will be on. They are also are a people first company and always check on you work wise and personally. Co workers are encouraging and a fun work environment even though it's remote.

It's not their fault that some clients had to pull back due to covid-19, so the only con is that they are small and can't sustain people on teams where clients have pulled out of. Benefits not the best but they do pay you out money each month for insurance coverage.
