they tended to overstaff more frequently than you'd like

Typical Annapolis server job, with a lot of money to be made. Rich cliental with big tips. You can work your way up. Management appreciates hard work, and the people you work with are cool. Scenery is also great.

Sometimes there are bad hires so you're working with incompetent people. Then you have to wait for them to screw up so they get fired, sometimes it could take awhile.
