Good for someone who wants to gain experience in consumer product industry. Salary is a little below the average; however, it could be negotiable close to the average. HR is very nice. Management threatens to terminate staff, yells at staff unfairly and requests staff to document daily work. The company targets a niche market and lacks of new good products so it does not have any new job openings or any career advancement opportunity.
