CEO will constantly make sexual oriented comments around you. - He is unbelievably disrespectful and treats employees like garbage. He screams at you, humiliates you and belittles you over insignificant matters. - HE IS A DIVA! He wants all employees to cater to him at every moment and if you don't he WILL throw a fit. He demands a lot of attention. Be ready to run his personal errands. - There is no career growth. The company isn't expanding or making any money. It's basically a personal project of CEO. Sometimes you will work on random assigned projects that will go nowhere. - COMPANY OFFERS NO BENEFITS - No one ever talks, even when CEO isn't there. It's always dead silent.
