You're held to a certain level of accountability to get the job done, so you need to be a self-starter to work here. *Because the company is young, it's a great time to be here. Your ideas are heard and you're treated as a person, not a number, and management cares about you. *The team gets together for happy hours and other events outside of work. *You can get some IT certifications you'd otherwise have to pay for.
