The pay was not worth the work. Hours were absolutely horrific, constantly unstable schedules and a lack of understanding from upper management about what the team and the store needed. Watched several students get screwed by being scheduled during school hours despite their availability bring updated correctly. Upper management only cared about the morning crew, the night crew constantly was getting screwed over in every aspect and then made to feel like we were the problem when we had not been set up got success. Despite my position, I was never properly trained myself.
