Good teams crap CMO - Recensione dipendente - Marketing presso Shake Shack

CMO- if you are going for an interview with the marketing dept, don't. It's the worst dept to work for in the company. CMO is very hard to work with, constantly changing plans. If you tell her it's not a good idea she says you're not trying only to call it off after you do the work. There's a lot of useless busy work that's super unproductive and she has a sense that she has the "best" team. No point being the best team if you aren't working well with the other departments. The turnover rate in this dept is very high, and it's not without reason.
