Poor management - Recensione dipendente - CCA presso Shannex

Very physically and mentally demanding. Working short staffed is a regular thing. Management often gives negative feedback, it doesnt matter how hard you work you only get negative feedback. The facility is staffed at a bare minimum and short most often. The management only cares about the appearance safety and many of the ccas and support staff are the ones who are expected to diffuse a violent resident situation. Nurse and management will stand around and watch. Toxic environment.
