When workloads are low it gets really slow

Highly competitive pay and benefits, a very transparent organization with a solid company culture that is still evolving. People are friendly and knowledgeable. No sign of excessive slacking or overlooking of poor performance by management. People are held accountable and as such, they behave as professionals should.

Frequent changes in ownership and their always at risk of being sold - this creates a lot of fear and ambiguity around "what happens next" and I get the distinct impression long-term employees are a little exhausted by the frequent name changes and identity changes.
