The IT leaders don't know what their doing and will run off anyone who does to keep their jobs. Most everyone is from out of town because Chattanooga is lacking in good IT talent, and most of those coming from out of town would not choose to if they were competent enough to get a job in their own home town. Miserable! Incompetent because of a lack for listening skills, they interrupt each other, digress conversations to topics not productive, double book meetings. lie to each other, talk negatively behind each other's back, commit to something then change their mind without telling anyone, no experience with the technology stack. In a word - Dysfunctional.

In 2014, an IT Analytics Company using the name Shared Health was disbanded, and that name was given to a new Government Healthcare Development Company. While we take value in the review left for the previous company, recognize that Shared Health is now a different entity, with new leadership and a new mission.

Great people doing good work for members who needed a lot of help. It just isn't a good time to be in Health Insurance. This company falls under the BlueCross BlueShield of TN umbrella and won't exist after 2025.
