You have to be the kind of person that is open to challenges and taking direction. If you always think your right and aren’t open to change..you won’t make it.

My experience is being amazing and very challenging to be every day a 1% better. The environment is very welcoming, the staff is always on point and ready to help, coworkers are very open to help all the new people, a lot of team work where everyone can enjoy and have their own opinions without being ignored. The CEO is humble even when is not the most common thing now a days, also he is know and recognizes for his abundant knowledge in every situation.

Can make you doubt about yourself and what you are capable of in a good way. Every single day something new will be show to make sure that we are not only making money also growing as a personal and as a professional. It become challenging because it will make you put the effort on rational thinking and active listening what at the end will only help ourselves.
