Most employees are great to work with that make you feel like family. If you get with the right people you have it made and your job can be very fulfilling and rewarding. There are a lot of smiling employees. I loved working at Sharon Hospital.

Inequality amongst employees. There are favorites of administration. Most of the administrators are new and are still learning how poor their choses can be. They have a hard time keeping the good staff and not looking at staff who are getting away with anything and everything. If you work yourself to exhaustion don't expect any recognition from administration.
