      Lack of vision (or perhaps execution) of improvements, company not interested in properly investing in tools that would help company progress and increase revenue, attempts at a more culturally aware atmosphere were mostly just surface deep

      Good coworkers, flexible hours, most people are respectful, good entry level opportunities, communication is good most of the time

      Constant fire fighting, training, little room for growth, poor planning and management in multiple departments, pay, benefits, PTO are not competitive to other pharmaceutical packaging companies, you will do work outside of your job description
