He want to see everyone grow and build a good culture. 3. No competing again your coworkers, they give you your own territory! 4. Their products are amazing and they are coming out with more!

1. The management is stuck in the 80’s. They just got a new GM so hopefully that will change. 2. They encourage unhealthy work habits, working 12 hour days normally, working weekends, and working when you’re sick. 3. Man dominated environment and it can get unfriendly.
