Excellent opportunities for career advancement through in-service, entity classes, tuition reimbursement, and partnership with Guild which offers some graduate degrees that are partially or completely covered depending on the program/university.

The higher levels of management have demonstrated an unrealistic perspective about staff, misrepresenting our wages in news interviews and difficult to work with when trying to resolve issues with the union. Mixed messages about the financial state of the company resulting in layoffs while simultaneously bidding on expansion projects and building multiple new, state-of-the-art facilities.
