Executive management plays favorites, management allowed to bully staff, inconsistent, unqualified, etc. There needs to be a serious overhaul of Directors and VPs. The system is ripe for lawsuits, and for good reason. Some department management is untouchable, but they are the biggest offenders. Longevity of staff can be detrimental to the vision, compliance and unable to think outside of "the way it's always been".

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
