Vantaggi

Affordable health coverage, 401k, supportive admin, and room to grow and be trained. They have an extensive education dept. So if there is something you need to be better at your job, chances are theres a free class for that. I took medical terminology as a front desk staff and then once I received my LVN license (which they 1/2 off) I was able to get training on Diabetic teaching, TB testing, suture removal, catheter placement, unna boot care, and I got my IV certificate. Every year you get a small raise based on your performance. Great if you have a good supervisor, not so good if your supervisor isn't generous. It pays to keep track of your own success to bring up at the end of every year.

Svantaggi

As front desk staff I became frustrated with the goals to be better on a subjective survey taken by patients and track my customer service. It took too much time when I wanted to focus on helping patients and work on efficiency. Only in San Diego so relocation becomes an issue.

Vantaggi

Wonderful work environment and coworkers

Svantaggi

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
