State of the art facilities, system is swimming in money to invest in the latest and greatest.

Pay leaves much more to be desired compared to other large health systems. Executive compensation is over the top. Nurse unions have too much power. Top executives really love attention - to a fault. Employee satisfaction is mediocre - rewards and recognition can stand to be more frequent. Physicians are treated like celebrities.
