Managing director and the team are very supportive and go out of their way to help you grow, develop new skills and become the best version of you. You really are a part of a team here. Moreover, the MD will also go the extra mile to support you in dealing with your personal problems if you ask - be it by offering flexibility of working hours or an option to work from home or even proofreading an important personal email you need to send someone.

Workload can be high at times but I like being busy

THIS IS A WARNING! The boss is a bully, she has in the past threatened dismissing staff if they disagree with her. She sticks to her own idea despite everyone telling her it’s a bad idea, she will force her own idea and threaten sacking you if you disagree. Only for the very thing we all said would go wrong, does go wrong then she can’t own the mistake and then blames you. She refused to let anyone to work from home despite the government asking for everyone to, instead she put bleach out for everyone to wash hands. The office is old and crooked. Customers have complained about the boss.
