      Vantaggi

      Competitive salary, no micromanagement, empathetic colleagues, and management that cares. The overall atmosphere was cosy, and they were doing lunches every month to socialize. Good office equipment and the ability to work from home as well.

      - lots of flexibility in adjusting policies for the employees since the Lisbon office is quite small still - great perks - hybrid work with one day at the office (but even that is still flexible), monthly lunches out, dog friendly office in central Lisbon - despite the limited contact to the colleagues from the other projects, when we meet it´s very nice - good salaries for Lisbon with yearly reviews done in collaboration with the clients
