Poor management Management stick together so you have no say, they will gang up and not listen to you at all Can't take holiday during school holidays even though, there are no interns in at this point Health and wellbeing dont help Targets are more important than people No compassion No respect I mean I could go on..... Oh best one manager would laugh at people with disability thinking thats acceptable But staff would whisper to each other so we didnt talk over the interns or let them here stuff that should be confidential and thats unacceptable
