I have noticed the average life span of an employee at Sheldon & Milstein is 6 months, The owner of the firm will promise his staff benefits and room for growth during the hiring process, However the moment you receive your contract your salary will be much lower($30,000 or less) and you will not receive benefits at all. Furthermore if you showcase that you have passion and good work ethics, instead of providing you with the opportunity to grow within the company. Management will inform to stay in your current role or termination will happen due to the fact they are a small firm. I also found out that every Inside sales rep is promised 3% of whatever income the firm obtains once a consultant is able to sign an agreement with a client that the Inside sales rep made an appointment with over the phone. In our employment contract its states that within 3 to 6 months of a signed deal Inside Sales rep will receive their percentage, That is not the case at all, staff members get terminated before they see a dime.
