People who work there will amke your life harder and harde if you are good at your job amd ambitious because incapable managers dont like ambitious types and wont let you to strive in the company. I have seen many talented employees leaving this center and i was another one after 1 year. Managers lack talent management, they lack proffesionalism and entirely not aware how a multinational organization work. It is not a place for ambitious people
