Salary increase a bit slow (5-10%) and depends on performance from the previous year Career progression is slow - needs to have 4 yrs in current role before allowed to apply for another role (but exceptions apply for those with outstanding performance ratings). Also, new roles don't open up that open especially those that have a higher job grade than your current role
