Shocking Company - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Shell

The company is so big and disjointed that it prevents you from carrying out your role effectively. Work load is high. Departments don’t consult with one another collaboratively to check if new ideas will work, it’s more of a dictatorship. Bad decisions are made daily with no repercussions or ownership to the issues. There’s far too many systems that often fail which causes frustration and because it’s a global business it’s very difficult to to get these issues resolved. IT is also absolutely horrendous! There are a number of people in higher management that really shouldn’t be as they will be a liability to the company for bullying and favouritism.
