Everyone has an opportunity to build a development plan in discussion with their manager in preparation for new roles, which also supports with reaching your full potential in your current role. At all times we aim to hire the person who is best suited to the particular role, including any promotion opportunities. A key part of my role is succession planning, ensuring we have the right talent for now and in the future.
