Worst Management ever. Supervisors put everything on agents to secure their job, they fire people providing fake performance reports. Everyone in the company is looking for 2nd option and when theybfind they quit. No work ethics they just used people for their use. Very less salary as compared to work and targets. No appreciation. They often put people on temporary layoffs as well mentioning that they don't have enough work. Claimed to be Microsoft biggest support partner but realty is totally different. Managers and supervisors do nothing and to protect their job put blame on agents, some .supervisors do this intentionally for their personal issues with agents which is totally unethical and put their names for termination or layoffs. They do partiality with their knowns. No sufficients trainings. Worst company ever worked with.
