Svantaggi
It is nothing but just a cheap sweatshop - they make you work day in day out, doing nothing but documenting stuff while on technical support calls, like daily wagers. There's ZERO work-life balance, contrary to what is advertised in their website, far from it actually. Most importantly, there is ZERO JOB SECURITY and a HIRE-FIRE policy is there. Every week is survival mode for employees, due to the practice of stringent enforcement of achieving targets, failing which may land you in PIP or worse may get you fired. As a result, you become disgruntled, shaken and stymied by lack of assistance and burnout that sets in inevitably. The management is pathetic and incompetent as they're not even able to accurately forecast their current and future business projections. As a result, the unwary employees are laid off when business losses are there. The technical support staff are burdened with excess work and are required to achieve regular targets in the form of closed IT incidents. The excess work leads to regular backlogs (which stretches on endlessly) for employees and this leads to a mess as there is little to zero timely assistance from senior colleagues. To start with, training requirements for employees are not properly fulfilled. Also, there is no actual set up put in place for management of critical IT incidents, leading to an almost daily customer dissatisfaction. Before long, employees are put on PIP and fired subsequently but nothing else changes. The management is cold and unempathetic, and the employees are just viewed as means of revenue generation for the organization, nothing else. The experience was almost like working as a remote daily wager just documenting stuff and nothing valuable was gained, except maybe a little here and there.
