If you see something you want to do, you can just do it and no one will stop you. Showing ownership is encouraged and rewarded. Compensation and reward increases are generous and seem given fairly. Growth trajectory looks promising from both a career and company standpoint.

The work can be demanding. People who feel deep ownership and responsibility for their work will succeed, but if you don’t, the demands may not feel worth it to you. This won’t be a company for everyone. At the same time, avoiding burnout is a priority for management and roles are being added as fast as possible to reduce workload.
