Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry it’s not a better one. We recently had to make some tough strategic decisions that involved structural changes within various teams. This meant that while a number of different roles were improved, a few existing positions were unfortunately no longer required. In this regard, we’re very sorry to hear you feel the situation was not handled with enough compassion as we do truly appreciate the commitment of all our colleagues. To let someone go is never easy, sometimes it is necessary to make such a difficult decision as we continue to grow.
