It truly is a good company. Supervisors are great and normally reachable and the company will respond supportively in time of work or personal need. While I was working in Downtown Toronto I had an issue with some homeless people who was very aggressive with me. I had to call the police and was very shaken up because this is my first job. The manager came down to the work location at 4 AM on a weekday to make sure I was okay and stayed with me for hours until I was okay. Offered to send me home with full pay and pay for my Uber.

Lets be honest, pushy and dishonest employees. I know other employees who did not want to go work because they wanted to hang out with friends and they were dishonest with the company saying whatever needed to be said to get time off. It normally involves them saying they are sick. When this happens it forces everyone to work extra hours which sucks because everyone has a personal life and you do not want to tell the company because you will be considered a "snitch". When they eventually get caught they hold some sort of death grudge against the company. Those type of people should not be working in security and should have not gotten a license if they are such dishonest people.
