Fully remote with a caseload of clients being given to you. The administrative and payment part is taken care of for you. This lets you focus more on just being a therapist.
Svantaggi
There is certainly pressure to obtain a certain high percentage around 70% of every client who sees you for a meet and greet. It felt like the goal was more so on earning more money under the guise of saying the most important thing was making sure it's a mutual fit. You are expected to do hours of unpaid training/onboarding without being paid before your start date. It just felt like there was an aura of perfectionism and over-performing with little regard for how to make the hiring process flexible and accommodating.
-They use Slack for 99% of business operations
-Management focused on "client retention"
-Care coordinators assign clients however they are not hired based on previous skill and judgement as intake coordinators (they appear to be hired based on looks and "being young" - often fresh from school)
