Vantaggi
Many teams are filled with genuinely talented, supportive people. Opportunities to learn quickly if you take initiative. Fastpaced environment where you can gain a lot of experience in a short time. Benefits are decent compared to similar companies in the industry
Svantaggi
It’s hard to ignore how many of the 5 star reviews on here read like they were written by ER or even AI. The new RTO mandate of 4days a week (which leadership is somehow calling “hybrid”) is a massive step backward. Instead of addressing issues with specific dealership support roles or teams, leadership applied a blanket policy that impacts everyone. The result? Morale has completely cratered. Employees are spending hours commuting only to do the exact same work they previously did (often more effectively) at home. Collaboration hasn’t improved, meetings are still happening on Teams because people aren’t in the same location (or they are, and there is no conference room availability), and the office itself feels drained and uninspired. C-level leadership seems convinced that simply having “butts in seats” will magically fix productivity and culture. Unsurprisingly, people are more unhappy than before, and the overall environment has become noticeably more negative. Productivity, flexibility, and satisfaction have all taken a hit. Calling this setup “hybrid” just adds insult to injury. To make matters worse, the company has already lost a significant amount of strong talent due to this decision, and instead of adapting to keep good employees, leadership seems more focused on replacing them.
