9yThanks for the feedback. As a leadership team, we have different responsibilities and we try to ensure that all of needs of the company are met. I focus on product strategy, business development, external efforts, recruiting, whereas other leaders are focused on day-to-day execution. There are a of senior members of the leadership team in the field regularly. I do think we have a good division of labor and that in many circumstances leaders who are more qualified to be in the field than me are present there. Running a startup that is just 2.5 years old is tough. Every day we learn how to do this better, and to improve how we manage our business. One thing that we have worked hard to improve is the communication of information to those that are in the field. I’m sorry your experience at Shift wasn’t what you had hoped for, and we very much appreciate your feedback.
