      -Teams work very well together as a whole but also as individual groups. There is continual development in process efficiency throughout teams so that working together only gets smoother as we learn and grow. -The company environment is friendly, welcoming, and accepting -The management cares about individual career growth and opportunity and are proactive in providing development opportunities -The Austin office in particular feels like working with family. We have a lot of fun, support each other, and support our community while still producing awesome work -Because email is online, our work is flexible and can be done from home or remotely (but it's more fun to be in the office)

      -Depending on where you're coming from, the commute can be painful. Because Austin. -Working late or coming in early is occasionally required in order to keep on top of workload, especially since we have clients across the time zones -Sometimes, it's really stressful picking a dish to bring for our quarterly potlucks in the Austin office

      Howdy, Thanks for your review and kind words about Trendline. I think if we were able to invent/invest in a thing that is able to transport people instantly from their home to the office in Austin, we would totally do it. This is especially true if you chose to bring a hot dish for the potluck. Austin traffic does blow and while we can't do too much about it, we do appreciate you taking the time to write about us.       Lots of room to create your own structure and process. Respectful that employees are people. The organization actually cares about DEI, operationally, not just as lip service. Tons of opportunity for learning. Thoughtful CEO, who communicates clearly.

      It is a difficult industry space for an org to enter, and I don't know anyone who does full service consultancy + agency particularly well. If you're gritty and you like creating your own structure, this can also be a pro.

      You will be a fool to seek any pros here. It's not a decent workplace for people who want clear boundaries and hope to enjoy some work-life balance. These awful people will never respect the lines you draw.

      The work expectations were ridiculously high. Employees were expected to be available 24/7, work on multiple projects, and meet client expectations while balancing poorly assigned deadlines. It was a struggle to show up every day when you knew they expected too much from you. It was exhausting to try to reason with the arrogant leadership that did nothing but pile horrible expectations. They also didn't give me enough room to grow. My learning stopped, and I was doing boring work for months. There was no career growth, either. Overall, it was a horribly frustrating experience, and I escaped before I could be trapped here for long.
